The condo once shared by the real life version of the couple from the “War of the Roses” movie is now on the market for $5.8 million.

ABC News followed Michael and Rona Rose for a year in 2003, chronicling their bitter divorce on the network’s Primetime show and comparing it to the 1989 film starring Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner and director Danny Devito.

During ABC’s filming, the couple continued to live together in the Brickell condo.

Now, Miami attorney Michael I. Rose is listing his four-bedroom, 5,730-square-foot unit on the 31st floor of the Santa Maria tower in Brickell at 1643 Brickell Avenue, listing agent Allan Kleer told The Real Deal. The price equates to $1,012 per square foot.

Kleer and and Fabian Garcia Diaz of Fortune International Realty are co-listing the two-story unit 3102, which features a custom kitchen, master suite with two bathrooms, and a 1,700-square-foot wraparound terrace. “It’s the best line in the building because it’s direct bay views,” Kleer told TRD.

Property records show the Roses paid nearly $1.5 million for the condo in 2000, three years after the waterfront building was completed. Rona Rose transferred full ownership to Michael Rose in 2003.

Other units on the market at the Santa Maria include unit 3404 for $5.5 million, unit 2606 for $3.3 million and unit 4501 for $7 million.
